1.Terms & Conditions (a.k.a. The Rulebook You Shouldn’t Skip!)
Welcome aboard Vacay Thrills! These legally binding Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings
made with us. When you hit that “Book Now” button, you’re not just saying yes to adventure—
you’re saying yes to responsibility too. Our policies are backed by:
- UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Transactions Law)
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)
You agree that:
- You’ve read everything (yes, even the small font).
- You’re legally allowed to travel.
- You’re responsible for your own documentation (passports, visas, etc.) unless otherwise
mentioned.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or vibe-check these policies anytime—so stay updated.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (No One Likes Breakups, But Here We Go)
Booking a trip is exciting—cancelling one, not so much. But life happens! Here’s how we roll:

Cancellation Time | Refund Policy |

More than 30 Days | 50% of total package (excluding token) |
15–30 Days | 25% Refund |
Less than 15 Days | Nada. Zilch. No Refund. |
Important:
- Token amount = non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Refunds are processed within 21 business days.
- All refunds are subject to deduction of transaction/processing/forex fees.

- RBI Guidelines on Refunds
- Article 390 of UAE Civil Code (regarding unforeseen circumstances and obligations)
3.Payment & EMI Policy (Because Money Talks)
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI/NEFT/Bank Transfers
- Razorpay (with EMI options)
EMI Terms:
- Available on eligible cards
- Defaulting = cancellation without refund
- EMI interest charges are client’s responsibility
Final payment is due 20 days before departure. Late payments may result in booking cancellation.
4. Travel Insurance Policy (Your Shield Against Chaos)
You MUST have valid travel insurance to travel with us. Period.
What it should cover:
- Medical emergencies
- Flight delays/cancellations
- Loss of baggage or documents
- Covid-19 coverage (if applicable)
We offer assistance in getting insurance—either from India or UAE-based insurers. Claims must be
settled between you and the insurer. We’re not a party to disputes but will help with documents.

- IRDAI Regulations, India
- Insurance Authority UAE Guidelines

5. Visa Assistance Policy (We Help, You Follow Through)
We can help you apply for visas—but remember, the final decision lies with the embassy or consulate.
Our role:
- Help gather documents
- Assist in application submissions
Your responsibility:
- Submit true and accurate documents
- Attend interviews if needed
- Carry all paperwork while traveling
Visa fees are non-refundable, even if rejected.
Based on:
- Ministry of External Affairs, India
- Immigration & Visa Laws of Host Countries
6. Force Majeure Policy (Because Mother Nature Doesn’t Take Requests)
Sometimes, things go beyond all of us. If something out of our control hits your trip (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, alien invasions—kidding!):
- We’ll try to reschedule or issue credit
- Full refunds may not be possible
Events include:
- Earthquakes, floods, storms
- Civil unrest, strikes, or terrorist activity
- Pandemics and health emergencies
Covered under:
- Section 56 of Indian Contract Act, 1872 (Doctrine of frustration)
- Article 273 of UAE Civil Code
7. Privacy & Data Protection Policy (We Respect Your Digital Bubble)
Your privacy matters. We collect your data to:
- Confirm your booking
- Keep you updated
- Share travel alerts
We do NOT sell or share your data for advertising. Your payment info is processed via encrypted, certified gateways.
Under:
- IT Act 2000, India + GDPR for global users
- UAE Personal Data Protection Law No. 45 of 2021
8. Influencer Travel Disclaimer (Because Insta-Stars Are Human Too)
Our trips with influencers are built on exclusive collaborations. However:
- Influencer participation is subject to availability and personal emergencies
- Interaction is structured (meet-ups, games, Q&As). They’re not your personal concierge
If an influencer cancels:
- A suitable alternative will be arranged
- Or, a partial refund related to that experience will be offered
Content created during the trip may be used by us for marketing. You consent to being fabulous in
our content library

9. Code of Conduct Policy (Don’t Be THAT Traveler)
We’re here for a good time, but let’s keep it respectful:
- Be punctual. The bus won’t wait because you’re styling your hair
- Respect local cultures, staff, and fellow travelers
- Aggression, harassment, or illegal behavior = immediate removal at your expense
Offenses may be reported to authorities under:
- Indian Penal Code (IPC) – Sections 354, 509, etc.
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 (on Crimes and Penalties)

10. Culture, Etiquette & Global Decorum Policy (aka Don’t Be an International Embarrassment)

11. Complaint & Dispute Resolution Policy (Talk to Us, Not Twitter)
We want you happy. If something goes wrong:
- Raise it with our on-ground team immediately
- Email us within 7 days of trip end
- We’ll investigate and respond within 15 working days
If unresolved:
- Dubai clients: Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction
- India clients: District Court of Indore handles it

12. Legal Jurisdiction
These policies are governed by:
- Laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)
For international disputes: Dubai courts apply.
For India-based grievances: Jurisdiction lies with courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
